- Narcotics (what is classified as narcotics under the South Korean law)
- Live plants, animals, trees, roots, bulbs and products made from protected wildlife.
- Animal-based traditional medicine, plant-based traditional medicine
- Jewellery (gold rings or necklaces used daily not included) and securities.
- Cultural properties.
- Goods and materials subject to laws on the movement and treatment of wastes between countries.
- Pornography
- Soil
