What are the collection times?

We deliver parcels between 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, but you have the option to choose timed AM services.Do not forget to offer the email address and mobile number of the recipient to inform them that they will receive a package. We will inform them of the delivery date and possible delays. The majority of couriers make three delivery attempts before returning the parcel to the sender. Exceptions are UK packages under 20kg and EU Economy DPD delivery, when a single attempt is made. Then the package is available for collection in a local base.

- Wrap each item individually
- If you put multiple items in the same package put bubble wrap between them
- Make sure the items do not move inside the box
- Seal the box with quality packing tape
- Attach the shipping labels to the box with the help of an enclosed pouch or clear packing tape
Large and Heavy Parcel Delivery
We deliver multiple types of parcels or pallets, but we are not a removal company and we do not deliver kitchen appliances, furniture or other similar items.- When you hire our courier services UK the package should not weigh more than 1,000kg
- The package should not be longer than 270 cm
- Large and heavy items are at high risk of being deteriorated

- Attach a heavy parcel label to the package if it weighs more than 25kg (the driver needs assistance during loading and unloading)
- For packages heavier than 50 kg advance booking is required
